Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to refund eligibility and cancellation procedures for bookings made through the KheloBox platform (“KheloBox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) by users (“User”, “you”, or “your”) for sports venues including but not limited to turfs, box cricket grounds, football fields, and stadiums.

1. Cancellation by Venue Operator

1.1 In the event that a confirmed booking is cancelled by the venue operator (“Box Owner”) due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, maintenance, weather conditions, or any other reason beyond their reasonable control:

  • The User shall be entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
  • The refund shall be processed automatically to the original mode of payment within 5 (five) to 7 (seven) business days from the date of cancellation.
  • The User shall also have the option to reschedule the booking to another available time slot at no additional cost, subject to availability and mutual agreement with the Box Owner.

2. Cancellation by User

2.1 All bookings made via the KheloBox platform are strictly non-refundable if cancelled by the User for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, scheduling conflicts, weather concerns, or unforeseen personal commitments.

2.2 Once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed, no refund shall be issued upon User-initiated cancellation. Rescheduling of such bookings is not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise under the applicable rescheduling policy.

2.3 The User is solely responsible for verifying all details of the venue, time slot, location, and applicable terms and conditions prior to making payment. No exceptions shall be entertained post-confirmation.

3. No-show Policy

3.1 Failure to appear at the venue at the scheduled time without providing a minimum of 2 (two) hours prior notice to KheloBox shall be deemed a “No-show”.

  • The booking shall be marked as utilized and completed.
  • No refund or rescheduling shall be applicable under a No-show circumstance.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 All eligible refunds as defined under Clause 1.1 above shall be processed exclusively via the original method of payment used by the User at the time of booking.

4.2 While KheloBox strives to process eligible refunds within 5 to 7 business days, the actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the User’s account may vary depending on the payment provider and banking channels involved.

4.3 KheloBox disclaims any liability for delays or technical issues caused by third-party financial institutions or payment gateways involved in the refund transaction process.

5. Finality

5.1 All decisions made by KheloBox regarding the eligibility for refunds or cancellations shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.

5.2 KheloBox reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
