This Booking Confirmation and Access Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which users (“User”, “you”, or “your”) receive access to services booked via the KheloBox platform (“KheloBox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), which facilitates the reservation of sports venues including but not limited to turfs, box cricket grounds, football fields, and stadiums.
1.1 Upon successful completion of a booking through the KheloBox application or website, the User shall receive a booking confirmation via email and/or SMS to the contact information provided at the time of booking.
1.2 The confirmation shall include the following details:
1.3 It is the responsibility of the User to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and accessible. KheloBox shall not be held liable for any failed delivery of confirmation due to incorrect or non-functional contact details.
2.1 The booking guarantees access to the venue only during the time slot selected and confirmed at the time of booking.
2.2 Users are advised to arrive at least 10 (ten) minutes before the scheduled slot. Access to the venue is subject to verification of the booking confirmation and, where applicable, presentation of a valid government-issued photo ID.
2.3 The venue reserves the right to deny access to any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or in violation of the venue’s rules and regulations, without refund.
2.4 Users agree to comply with all venue-specific rules, safety protocols, and any instructions issued by venue authorities during their use of the facility.
3.1 A User’s late arrival shall not entitle them to an extension of the reserved time slot. The scheduled end time of the booking remains fixed and non-negotiable.
3.2 The User’s booking shall remain valid for the duration of the reserved time slot, even in the event of late arrival. The venue shall not reassign the slot to another party.
3.3 In the event of a no-show without prior written notice to KheloBox at least 2 (two) hours before the scheduled slot, the booking shall be deemed utilized. No refund or rescheduling shall be applicable in such circumstances.
4.1 Subject to venue availability, rescheduling of a confirmed booking may be permitted if requested by the User at least 6 (six) hours prior to the scheduled time.
4.2 Cancellation requests shall only be honored if made a minimum of 24 (twenty-four) hours before the scheduled time. Any cancellation within 24 hours shall result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
4.3 All rescheduling or cancellation requests must be submitted via the official support channels provided on the KheloBox platform.
4.4 In case of cancellation by the venue due to technical issues, weather, or maintenance, the User shall be entitled to either a full refund or an alternative booking slot at their discretion.
5.1 KheloBox acts solely as a facilitator and does not own or manage any venues listed on its platform. Liability for venue conditions, staff conduct, equipment quality, or service delivery lies with the venue operator.
5.2 KheloBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any venue, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or cancellation due to force majeure events.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes arising under or in relation to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
